NaNoRevMo and WriMo

This is the first Saturday I haven't had to work or rehearse in over a year!

This month I'm doing two NaNo's:

1) An email group Peggy Eddleman started for NaNoRevMo, which is exactly what it sounds like - 30 days of intensive revision.

2) Rebelling as usual for NaNoWriMo.  Since I'm completely rewriting most of my WIP, I'm technically creating new words.

Buddy up with me under YellowTypingFiend and watch my erratic and low word count!

  1. Right there with you. Well, sort of. I don't have to rewrite a lot. Just reorder a lot. Plus I'm doing a new thing for NaNo. And sleeping? not so much.

    Good luck!

  2. I'm participating in NaNoWriMo this year. I couldn't possibly participate in NaNoRevMo (even though it's easier to say) because I have nothing to revise. I'm also sort of half-doing NaBloPoMo at the same time, but it's such a nightmare to say!

  3. NaNoRevMo--I hadn't heard of it, but that's totally what I need! Going to have to check it out. Good luck with your writing/revisions!

  4. Yours and mine both! Mine will be low because the first week of November was spent, uh, vacationing. Shameful!

  5. I've been a NaNo cheater too, used it to finish the second half of one book last year. hey, there's no NaNo police right?

Stopped by from Sommer leigh's bloghop. Now I'm curious about the NaNoRevNo. How does that work? I'm curious because revising is always harder for me than first drafting, but if I had somehow had a progress bar and writing buddies like they do for NaNo, I think that would be a huge help!

  6. ooh! I so totally like the idea of a NaNoRevMo.
    Hmmmmmmmm... I'm only a week behind. Let's get'r done!

  7. man you are going to be super busy! Good luck! I'm sure you'll get tons of stuff done. :)

  8. I'm so glad you're doing NaNoReviMo with us!

I love dogs AND comments!
