Sorry I'm behind on the writer's campaign and CPing - I was getting card sharked by this kid:
that's his lucky egg on the table |
We logged over 1000 miles this weekend driving up here:
Then up to Sonoma for a wedding, then all over the East Bay to see my two favorite cousins:
The hulking one on the right drove his friend to Stanford all the way from Jersey. Good friend or insane?
Now it's time for me to finally sleep.
1000miles is a lot but it looks like a great weekend:-)
ReplyDeleteSounds like a blast - I spent my summer driving my niece and her fellow basketball players to tournaments all over the West Coast. I love road trips! Had to laugh at the card shark! <3
ReplyDeletewhat a beautiful family! Love your pics- thanks for sharing! And nice to discover your blog:) New follower here
ReplyDelete1000 miles sounds like a looot of driving. Glad you had fun though. We should hang out again sometime.
ReplyDeleteHahaha awesome photos! :)
ReplyDeleteYou are SO fascinating! I had a blast reading about you in your ABOUT ME tab! I couldn't believe it when I saw the photo of you wearing a mustache! I have a photo of me in a mustache too - I went to a pizza place with my teenage son and we bought mustaches from a vending machine and wore them up to the counter to order the pizza. What fun!
ReplyDeleteI'm a fellow campaigner - I'm not in your groups, but I wanted the fun of getting to know more writers. It's so great to meet you! You're so funny, and interesting, and I love the feel of your blog!
Love the pictures, especially the middle one. What a cool effect.
ReplyDeleteHow fun! I'm so glad I found your blog, Sophia. It's so nice to *meet* you. :) Your pictures are awesome. I'm from the Bay Area (very originally), and SF looks just how I remember it-- foggy! lol.
